Hello! I am Ms. Dugger and I am pleased to welcome you and your child to my sixth grade math class! In order to be successful this school year, there are several things that your child must bring with him/her to class each day. These include an interactive notebook, loose leaf paper, pencils, glue sticks, and scissors.
This week, we will finish Unit 6: Statistics and move to Unit 7: Integers. In Unit 7, students will learn to compare and order integers.
We are just a few weeks away from the Georgia Milestones. Please continue reviewing previous learned content with your child at home. Some helpful websites include LearnZillion, Khan Academy, and Study Jams.
In navigating through my website, you will find homework assignments, important events/updates, content we will be learning this school year, a daily schedule, useful math websites, videos, PowerPoints, and more.
Please feel free to leave a question, comment, or concern in the contact form, under the "Contact Ms. Dugger" tab. You may also contact me by email at [email protected] or phone at 770-483-3371 Ext. 23192.
